Want to attend the summit at a discount or even free?
- Volunteers who serve a minimum of 4 hours will be free to attend one day of the Summit at no charge.
- Volunteers who serve a minimum of 8 hours will be free to attend all three days of the Summit at no charge.
- Volunteers will be provided one meal per shift at no cost

Here are the the current needs At the conference:
Thursday
- Registration – We need 5 people to work on a team to welcome Summit attendees and assist them with registration, orientation, and answer questions.
- Greeters – We need 4 people to greet people and direct them to the registration tables as they enter the building. 5:00-7:15 pm
Friday
- Registration – We need 3 people to work on a team to welcome Summit attendees and assist them with registration, orientation, and answer questions from 8:00-9:00 am.
- Ushers – 2 people to answer questions and assist people with finding seats if needed.
- Morning Snacks - 2 people to help make sure the snacks remain stocked from 9:00-10:30 am.
- Lunch Crew – 5 people to assist with setting box lunch and beverages out and making sure they remain stocked throughout the lunch hour. Also, assist the clean-up after lunch. 11:15-2:00 pm
- Afternoon Snacks - 2 people to help make sure the snacks remain stocked from 2:30-3:30 pm.
- Dinner Crew – 6 people to assist the caterers as they set up dinner, replenish food as needed, and clean up after dinner. 4:30-7:00 pm.
Saturday
